VIETNAM
Clean Water for Families Across Vietnam
From the Central Highlands to the northern mountains, W.A.T.A. is providing clean drinking water to rural communities, schools, and orphanages across Vietnam. With local partners and W.A.T.A. ambassadors on the ground, we’re creating sustainable access where it’s needed most.
GUATEMALA
Partnering with a Local School to Reach Families in Need
Together with Long Way Home School in San Juan Comalapa, we’re installing water filters for every family connected to the school. Our mission in Guatemala is rooted in education, long-term partnership, and expanding access to clean water across the region.
MYANMAR (Burma)
Empowering Coastal Communities with Clean Water
In partnership with local surf leaders and environmental groups, W.A.T.A. is delivering water filters to families living along Myanmar’s coast. This project supports both clean water access and youth leadership through surf culture, education, and community resilience.
WORLDWIDE
Creating a Global Network of Clean Water Leaders
W.A.T.A. Ambassadors are volunteers, travelers, and changemakers committed to bringing clean water to communities worldwide. Through training, fundraising, and direct distribution, they help scale impact from the ground up—one filter at a time.

THE WATER FILTER
The Sawyer Water Filter is versatile, lightweight, and compact, with the ability to filter hundreds of gallons of water, providing clean drinkable water for people using the filter system. It is easy to use and easy to clean, allowing for increased longevity and therefore, increased access to clean water
The filter can be utilized through various different water systems depending on the needs of the area and the funding available

Gravity Bucket System
The Sawyer Filter can be attached to the a bottle or the bag that comes with the kit to allow individual usage of the filter or the Sawyer Filter can be attached to a bucket and through gravity can filter the water. This allows for more water to be filtered for more people.
